What these terms cover

MWY (Marketing With Yield) is an independent marketing advisory based in Vietnam and operates mwyconsulting.com. Using the site means you accept what follows.

These are website terms. Scope of work, delivery dates, fees and confidentiality for a specific engagement sit in that engagement’s contract. Where a signed contract says something different from this page, the contract governs.

How MWY handles personal data is a separate document: the privacy policy.

Nothing here is advice for your particular case

Articles, service pages and sector pages are written for a general reader looking at the Vietnamese market. They do not replace a look at your own ad accounts, sales data and real constraints.

The break-even calculator on the pricing page runs in your browser, on the figures you type in, and sends nothing back to MWY. What it returns is arithmetic — not a forecast, and not a promise about results.

Decisions you take on the strength of published material are your own. An advisory relationship with MWY begins when both sides sign.

Published prices and scope

Prices on the pricing page are list prices in USD for exactly the scope described beside them. They tell you what an engagement of that shape costs; on their own they are not a binding offer.

A formal quotation is a document MWY sends you once the scope is settled. Payment converts at the exchange rate on the invoice date.

List prices can change. The one that applies to you is the one in the quotation you were sent.

Who owns this, and what you may do with it

Text, images, diagrams, the MWY name and the brand marks on this site belong to MWY, except where another source is credited. Photographs in the insights articles are licensed from third-party stock libraries under those libraries’ terms.

You may read it, print it for internal use, share links, and quote a passage with the MWY name and a link to the original. That holds for human readers and for AI assistants citing MWY material alike.

The four below are not covered by that, and if you need one of them, one email gets a direct answer — there is no form to fill in.

• Republishing whole pieces elsewhere instead of linking to them.
• Reselling MWY material, or putting it inside a paid product.
• Folding MWY material into another party’s documents as though it were theirs.
• Using the MWY name or brand marks in a way that reads as though you are MWY, or a partner of MWY.

Using the site

The site is open; no page needs an account. A few things we ask you not to do, because they affect other readers or MWY’s own records.

• Automated retrieval at a rate that slows the site down for other people.
• Probing for vulnerabilities, attempting to exploit them, or looking for a way into the admin area.
• Using the contact or expert application form to send advertising, unlawful content, or someone else’s name.
• Reproducing the site, or part of it, under another name.

What you send through a form

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, most plainly in an expert network application: the experience and the conflict-of-interest declaration are what MWY assesses.

For a published expert profile, both sides agree what goes public before anything is published, and you can leave the network at any time.

Sending a form does not create a contract and is not a confirmed meeting. Every message is read and answered by a person.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out: platform documentation, research, LinkedIn. MWY picks its sources when writing, but does not control what sits at the other end and is not responsible for it.

A link to a tool or a firm is not a paid referral. MWY takes no commission from the agencies, platforms or vendors it recommends, and that is written into its client contracts.

The site changes, and can go down

MWY edits, adds and removes material as needed, and does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, an infrastructure provider’s outage, or a mistake of MWY’s own can each take pages offline for a while.

Articles carry a publication date, and an updated date once the content has been revised. An older article describes the moment it was written: advertising platforms change their rules more often than MWY rewrites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes about use of this website that the two sides cannot settle between them fall to the Vietnamese courts.

An engagement contract may choose different governing law or a different forum. For work under that contract, the contract governs.

If one clause here is held invalid, the rest stand.

When these terms change

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. The version displayed is the version in force, and continuing to use the site after that date accepts it.

Where a change affects a running engagement, MWY writes to the client directly rather than treating a web page as notice.
