Who is responsible

MWY (Marketing With Yield) is an independent marketing advisory based in Vietnam, and is the party responsible for personal data collected through mwyconsulting.com.

Any question about this policy goes to [email protected] and is answered by a person, not a ticket queue.

What we collect

Only what you type in. No page on this website requires an account to read.

• Contact form: your name, your email, and your question. Company, role and budget range are optional.
• Expert network application: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, professional background, written answers and a conflict-of-interest declaration.
• With each submission we also record the page you were on and any campaign parameters in the link. That tells us which channel brought you, not who you are.
• Published expert profiles: the material an expert gives us to show publicly. Email, phone and internal notes are never published.

What we use it for

Contact form details are used to reply to you and to prepare for the call. Nothing else.

Application details are used to assess the application. If it succeeds, we agree with you what goes public before anything is published.

What we do not do

MWY takes no commission from agencies or platforms. Your data sits under the same principle.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
• We do not hand your details to agencies, vendors or advertising platforms. Where we refer you to someone, that referral happens after you agree to it.
• We do not add your email to an automated mailing list. A newsletter would be a separate opt-in.
• We do not use what you send to retarget you with advertising elsewhere.

Cookies and measurement

This website sets no tracking cookies and currently runs no third-party analytics. You can read every page here without leaving a cookie behind.

Two technical items are worth stating in full: a session cookie set only for MWY administrators after they sign in, and one browser storage entry recording that you dismissed the language suggestion. The second stays on your device and is never sent to the server.

If MWY adds measurement tooling later, this section is updated before that tooling goes live.

Where it sits, and who sees it

Data is held in a database on a server MWY rents and administers. It does not pass through a third-party form-collection service.

Access is limited to MWY people who need it, through a password-protected admin area. That area has no public sign-up.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Unsuccessful applications are kept for 12 months, then deleted. A successful application becomes an expert profile and is kept until that person leaves the network.

Ask us to delete sooner and we delete sooner.

Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you are writing from the EU or the UK, we handle your request on the same terms.

One email to [email protected] is enough — there is no form to fill in. We reply within 30 days; deletion requests and withdrawals of consent are actioned within 72 hours.

Withdrawing consent does not undo what was already done while that consent was in force.

Keeping it safe

The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection. Administrator passwords are stored hashed, never in the clear. Public forms carry length limits and automated-submission traps.

No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your personal data, we tell you and notify the relevant authority as required.

When this policy changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Where a change affects data already collected, we write to the people concerned directly.
